Fontys
Since 2016 I've done different projects for Fontys University.
From 2016 to 2019, I worked for the Fontys Academy of the Arts as an event organizer. Concepting, organizing, promoting and managing events such as open days, show cases and other events.

In 2021 and 2022 I was also part of two work groups for the school. I lead one group about diversity and inclusivity, with which we developed a part of an experience circuit meant to make teachers more aware of their unconscious biases.
With the second group we worked on creating a new vision on study career guidance for the Fontys Academy of Arts. As part of this work I interviewed dozens of study career counselors about the challenges they faced in their job and how these could be addressed with new updated policies and approaches.
Wave
Since March 2025 I am part of a new project by Fontys University and ASML called, 'Wave'.

It is an innovative development program for neurodiverse talent, aimed at self development and durable participation in the labor market.
​
I was invited to be part of one of their design thinking teams, in which (neuro diverse) students, teachers and outside professionals will come together to design and develop new tools for students, teachers and professionals, to create a more inclusive and conducive learning and working environment for neurodiverse talent to flourish.

After making the Spiegelportretten Podcast with and about people with autism, I'm excited to get to contribute to this new project and hopefully make a meaningful difference in the years to come.
